Guest Bartending at AJ Bombers

Head on down to everyone’s favorite Twitter bar for good drinks, great food and P-nut bombs! I’ll be guest-bartending @ajbombers to raise money for The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America through Team Challenge. I’m doing a half marathon in July and need to raise $3800.

I’ll be serving up drinks and selling t-shirts and candy bars.

Oh, and for $5, you can write your twitter name or signature on my shirt that I’ll wear on the plane to California! That way I can bring each of you along for the trip!

Boot Camp with a Purpose

Boot Camps with a Purpose is led by certified fitness coach Jeremy Belter. He’ll kick our butts into shape!

Don’t worry if you’ve never done a boot camp before or if you’re out of shape. Boot camps are low-impact (meaning little jumping and no running). Strength training and circuits minimize pain and focus on muscle. If I can do this, trust me – anyone can! It’s just 30 minutes of your time, what do you have to lose?

The cost is just $15 for an awesome, kick-butt workout and the money is all donated to Team Challenge. If you can’t make the boot camp but would still like to donate, you can do so online at http://tinyurl.com/napa2010.

Pledge to workout with us 9-10 a.m. May 22. Even if you’re in a different city, you can join us in spirit.

When:  Saturday, May 22, 9-10 a.m.

Where:  Star of Bethlehem Gym

3700 S. Casper Dr.

New Berlin, WI 53151 US

Cost: $15
